1. Before trying high heels, it is better for you to start with the heels of two inches in size. This will avoid any kind of damage which the hells can create.
2. The first thing which you have to do in order to maintain your balance with heels is to stand for a while and practice to balance your body weight. Remember, at this stage you are not supposed to take any step or any kind of action. Now after balancing your body weight you should check you look in various styles and postures.
